When we exercise our body we see results where we put our focus. Our minds are no different! The brain is made up of many parts working together to create your reality of the world and how you operate within it. We have the potential quiet the mind, end procrastination, settle anxiety and so much more simply by telling your mind to do it. Yet it is something very few people train or seek training in or even know is possible. In this talk we will not only take the first steps in understanding how this is possible but we will start our training together.
The art of Happiness
Since the conceptual shift from surviving to thriving the human species had attempted to search for happiness and define success. What if the search is the very thing preventing us from finding happiness, and what if success is more about listening to yourself than listening to others. Having experienced corporate burnout firsthand, Jason knows the importance of managing daily stress before it escalates out of control. He left his corporate job to travel the world, learning tools and techniques from across different cultures to help strengthen the mind and develop the prefrontal cortex. This helps the mind to switch from reacting to responding, manage stress effectively, dissipate ruminating thoughts, improve sleep and help prevent burnout.
