This mindfulness practitioner course is designed to not only develop the tools for mindfulness integration, but to also change the way one views topics like pain, suffering, ego, life and death. Eight weeks of continued practice has been shown to make significant changed to the pathways of the brain, and be very impactful in one's life.

This fully online prerecorded series gives you all the tools you need to establish a healthy and enjoyable meditation practice. In this 14 video course we go over a variety of techniques and styles of meditation designed to hone your ability to choose the right meditation for what ever life throws your way.
