​Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher Training

This program is for people who have either already completed a mindfulness practitioner course or can demonstrate the equivalent.
This is a webinar based program, requiring the participant to demonstrate a clear understanding of the principals of mindfulness, meditation, and HPL

​Mindfulness Practitioner Course

This mindfulness practitioner course is designed to not only develop the tools for mindfulness integration, but to also change the way one views topics like pain, suffering, ego, life and death. Eight weeks of continued practice has been shown to make significant changed to the pathways of the brain, and be very impactful in one's life.
